Refund policy

You have the right to return your unwanted goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product is in perfect working condition
• The product is unused and in the original packaging

The only cost you will incur if you change your mind is the postage for sending it back to us.

Moonstruck will refund you on receipt of the return.

Where the products have been manufactured by our partners and are found to be defective, Moonstruck shall replace defective items within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The buyer notifying Moonstruck in writing immediately upon the defect becoming apparent. 
• The defect being due to the faulty design, materials or workmanship of our Partners, not due to the mistreatment of the product by the buyer.

Any products to be replaced should be returned to Moonstruck at the Customer’s expense. We will refund you on receipt of the returned item.

Where items have been damaged in transit, Moonstruck will only accept responsibility if the buyer provides photographic evidence, of the packaging and item, within 24 hours of delivery. We do not accept responsibility after 24 hours.
